Jose Paucar - President/Owner
Born & raised in Ecuador, Jose arrived to this country on August 1st, 1994, with one goal and a dream, to one day have his own construction company. Jose started off working in a recycling company, bagging and separating plastic cans & newspapers. For many months he worked in this until he parted ways and found a job in interior construction where he specialized today. Jose learned a new style of construction and become fonded of the meticulous details involved. For 7+ years, Jose worked in 3 construction companies and 1 carpentry company. In each company, he developed and established his skillset, making him extremely knowledgeable in the field he currently works in today.
Later, he went into a partnership. Both worked together for 10+ years until his partner retired in 2014. Throughout the course of the 10 years, they worked together, both have executed various residential and commercial projects in NYC. Jose decided to open his own company, which is now known as New Classic Restoration LLC which he consistently strives for on a daily basis. Jose works hard every day in order to execute any project he has, big or small, with the main purpose to make his clients happy and delivering each project in a timely manner.
Jose's story is very unique from others. He is the epitome of a hardworking person who made his dream come true, despite the adversity it came with, he ignored all the negativity which came his way and embraced it. As Jose himself always states
"Never lose faith in a dream you have because the day you were dreaming was the day you had sufficient faith, there's always hope"
Joel Paucar - Adminstrator
Joel has always had an interest in construction. Ever since a young age, he always accompanied his father, Jose Paucar in every project he was involved in. As he grew older, Joel started to work in construction to learn more about the business. In a span of 3 years, Joel learned about the construction world and later started on the administrative side of his father's business. While going to college and working, Joel always strives to better the business and helps execute projects.
Jose Narvaez- Steel Fabricator
Jose has over 20 years of experience working and fabricating anything steel & wood-related. Coming to this country in 1995, Jose initiated his career in a steel shop in Brooklyn NY. Throughout the years, he went developing his skillset to become a master steel craftsman and fabricator. He can tackle any project steel-related and has always fabricated custom-made staircases of the client's choosing, making him a genius in his art and an innovator in his craft
Andres Oliveros - Office Manager
Andres has always been an organized person. Working with NCR since 2020, Andres has overseen every project and has been extremely meticulous in every project that has come NCR's way. Currently pursuing to be a Civil Engineer, Andres is very knowledgable in reading and analyzing blueprints, giving him the ability to lead and guide the team. He is very quick with communication, helping the architects, designers, and clients come to a decision and expedite each project.
Jose Luis - Shop Foreman
Starting off as a laborer for our millwork shop, Jose Luis as progressively worked his way up to being the foreman and overseeing every millwork project NCR embraces. Working with us since 2008, Jose Luis initiated his journey as a sander, preparing many cabinets, moldings, panels, etc. Throughout the years, Jose Luis went developing his knowledge and became a finish carpenter, in which he specializes. Now he is the shop foreman, overseeing and organizing the carpenters in the shop, supervising that any detail isn't missed.
Angel Paucar - Supervisor
Having over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Angel has been through and completed many construction projects. With his experience and knowledge, Angel is the led supervisor of NCR, making sure every detail is met and leaving each project with the highest quality of work
Patricio Criollio - Foreman
Initiating the construction world 15 years ago, Patricio started off as a laborer. Under Jose's guidance, Patricio went learning every trade and become extremely meticulous in installing tiles and ceramic; a trade that requires patience. Moving forward, Patricio went learning and adapted himself to each project until he garnered sufficient knowledge to lead a project. Now, Patricio, is one of our foremen, guiding every project by following the blueprints.
Angel Leon - Foreman
Angel entered NCR as a painter. Tackling many painting projects, Angel went applying himself to learn other trades and found himself to have an ability in electricity. Over the years, Angel went adapting by learning from other skilled laborers and was later ready to lead his own projects.
