New Classic Restoration completed a refined interior upgrade of this 2nd Avenue apartment, bringing new life and modern comfort to a well-located New York City residence.

The renovation began with the installation of all-new flooring, chosen for both durability and visual warmth. Throughout the apartment, we performed Level 5 plastering and high-end painting, restoring existing wall surfaces and applying a flawless, smooth finish across the entire home.

Original doors and the existing kitchen were carefully restored, maintaining the character of the space while refreshing their appearance and functionality. New air conditioning units were installed to improve climate control and energy efficiency.

In the master bedroom, we installed custom closet millwork, tailored for both form and storage. We also completed the installation of a new kitchen, blending seamlessly with the apartment's overall aesthetic.
