New Classic Restoration completed a full-scale renovation of a 5,000-square-foot luxury residence on Fifth Avenue, directly facing Central Park, transforming the apartment into an exceptional living space that focuses on high-end materials and craftsmanship.

The residence features custom millwork throughout, including built-in cabinetry, wall panels, and storage solutions tailored to each room. In the kitchen and living areas, bespoke metalwork was integrated into custom pocket doors and architectural features, offering a sleek, modern contrast to the natural finishes.

A standout design element is the extensive use of Taj Mahal quartzite in creative applications — not just in the kitchen, but also on ceilings, walls, floors, window sills, and as accents around windows, blending luxury and originality throughout the space.

New flooring was installed across the apartment, chosen for both durability and elegance. Decorative plaster details were added to elevate architectural elements, while Level 5 plaster and premium paint provide a smooth, gallery-quality finish on all walls and ceilings.

Behind the scenes, the apartment was fully upgraded with brand-new HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring long-term comfort and performance to match the residence’s refined aesthetic.
