New Classic Restoration proudly completed the transformation of Nino Mier Gallery’s New York location, delivering a refined and modern space tailored to the unique demands of contemporary art display.

Our team refinished the existing floors to restore their elegance and durability, and finished the walls with Level 5 plaster and painting for a smooth, pristine surface worthy of gallery-grade presentation. To elevate the viewing experience, we installed high-performance ERCO lighting tracks, offering flexible, museum-quality illumination for rotating exhibitions.

The renovation also included the installation of new custom doors and architectural hardware, along with a fully upgraded pantry and bathroom in the basement, designed for both style and functionality. A new HVAC system and upgraded sprinkler system were integrated to ensure optimal climate control and safety throughout the space.

From front-of-house presentation to behind-the-scenes infrastructure, every detail was carefully executed to support the gallery’s curatorial vision and built to last.
